Sharjah 24: Sharjah Old Cars Club (SOCC) concluded its participation with a distinguished success in the "Custom Show Emirates 2021" exhibition, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, during the period 8-10 April.
This is largest event for cars in the UAE, and gives visitors an opportunity to see hundreds of modified cars, both in Emirates or neighboring countries that participate in the exhibition annually.
The club participated in rare cars that testify to the history of their manufacture, including the Mercedes SL 190, which dates back to 1960, the Rose Rise model 1965, and the rare royal studs car of which only 50 cars were manufactured in the world.
His Excellency Dr. Ali Ahmed Abu Al Zoud, Chairman of the Sharjah Old Cars Club, confirmed that the club’s participation in these specialised exhibitions allows old car enthusiasts to learn about the latest and oldest models of classic, modified and sports cars.
His Excellency added that the club's march is dependent on a strategic plan in which the club facilitates everything that would spread this culture, in a desire to attract the largest number of interested people and fans of this type of old cars.
