The honouring ceremony was attended by senior police officers, police department heads, educational institutions chancellors and the participants in the Award.
In his speech at the ceremony, Major General Al Shamsi conveyed the congratulations of the Sharjah Crown Prince, the patron of the ceremony, the winners, the participants and the organising committee on the success of the award in its second edition. He hailed the unremitting support of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of the Crown Prince of Sharjah.
Dean Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director General of the SPA, delivered a speech in which he welcomed the representative of the sponsor of the ceremony and the attendees. He highlighted the achievements and goals of the academy, and hailed the support of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and the Sharjah Crown Prince.
He congratulated the winners of the Award, wishing that the Academy had succeeded in achieving its vision and goals of launching this award.
After that, a documentary film prepared by the Government Communication Department at the SPA highlighted the fields of the award, the number of researches and the participants, before the representative of the sponsor of the ceremony, accompanied by the Director General of the Academy, honoured the award’s jury, and the research participants who met the criteria and conditions of the award, and the winners of the first places.
Before concluding the ceremony, the Award’s Organising Committee honoured Major General Al Shamsi, the representative of the sponsor of the ceremony, and the Director General of the Academy, in appreciation of their support, encouragement and efforts in the success of the award and its achievement of the desired goals.
