Sharjah24: Sharjah Foundation for Women’s Sports, in cooperation with the Sharjah Sports Council, announced the resumption of sports activities in the clubs of the Sharjah Foundation for Women’s Sport in the three branches, starting from the beginning of this April, for the age groups above 12 years within the strategic cooperation with the Sharjah Sports Council.
Her Excellency Nada Askar Al Naqbi, Director General of the Sharjah Foundation for Women’s Sports, expressed her happiness at the return to life of sports again in these global health conditions and that it is the fruit of very positive cooperation in light of the distinguished partnership with the Sharjah Sports Council in this field.
She said: "This return will be subject to conditions that reach as it is not allowed to practice sports activity for those under the age of 12 years, with the need to conduct tests for Covid 19, about 24 to 48 hours before the return of activity, and there will be a corona test once every two weeks."
Nada Al-Naqbi added: "Heat-measuring devices will be provided to everyone before the start of the training session, and no person whose temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees will be entered, while sports activity is not allowed if the person has certain symptoms.
Nada Al-Naqbi said: "The facilities and all devices, tools and equipment will be sterilized, and the players will not shake hands with each other."
