Saeed bin Ashour: ‘Old Cars Festival’ wraps up successfully

Sharjah 24: In an enthusiastic atmosphere full of passion and challenge, the Sharjah Old Cars Club Festival, organised by the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), and the Sharjah Old Cars Club in the heart of Sharjah concluded Friday, with the participation of more than 50 classic cars.
Saeed Mohammed bin Ashour, Director of Sharjah Old Cars Club, announced the conclusion of the Old Cars Festival held on Khorfakkan Beach, Al Badayer Retreat, and the Chedi Al Bait in its three stages respectively.

He added to “Sharjah 24”, that the festival provides classic car collectors and lovers with a platform for meeting, communication and exchange of experiences, and displays old cars dating back to the early twentieth century. “The festival also allows visitors to enjoy Shurooq’s tourist destinations and facilities that suit all members of the family, with adherence to all precautionary measures and health and safety regulations followed in the country to limit the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic, “ he continued.

Bin Ashour praised the fruitful cooperation with Shurooq, hailing its active role in enhancing the position of the Emirate of Sharjah as an investment, tourism and commercial destination, pointing out that the Old Car Festival event is an exceptional opportunity for those interested in this kind of.
