Sharjah24 : Sharjah Human Resources Directorate (SHRD) implements its gamut of electronic training programmes for April 2021, targeting Sharjah Government employees from all cities and regions of the emirate of Sharjah, the Central Region and the Eastern Region.
The SHRD holds 12 training programmes as part of the “remote training” system, using Microsoft Teams.
The training programmes include the personal branding program, preparing and building the leadership personality, strategic financial planning, budget analysis, institutional development strategies, stress control and enhancing positive energies, formulating and preparing training plans, graphic designer media design and production; positive health culture skills, and service performance indicators. Personnel, correspondence writing and archiving, principles of statistical analysis using SPSS software, and the rights of persons with disabilities.
The electronic programs are implemented within the framework of the Directorate 's plans to provide opportunities to develop skills through e-learning, in an effort to create government competencies that keep pace with work developments and contribute to raising the efficiency of government employees.
The department publishes its training programs periodically through social media, with the aim of enabling employees to view training courses and choose what suits their job and personal needs.
