Sharjah24: His Excellency Khamis bin Salem Al Suwaidi, member of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) and Chairman of the Districts and Villages Affairs Department, valued the efforts of the suburban councils in the cities and regions of the emirate, aimed at combating the spread of the Coronavirus.
In statements to Sharjah 24, he said that the councils play a prominent societal role in this context, in cooperation with the relevant authorities and partners from government departments and institutions.
His Excellency added, on the sidelines of his attendance at a ceremony honouring the participants in the "We Commit to Victory" campaign; The campaign, which was organised by Dibba Al Hisn City Council, stated that the campaign had a good effect in combating the spread of the virus in the city, praising the remarkable interaction of local community institutions and department employees with the campaign.
