Sharjah 24: Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE), visited Thursday Souq Al Jubail in Sharjah to inspect the Souq facilities and ensure the implementation of COVID-19 related preventive and precautionary measures.
Hamid Alzarouni, Executive Director Asset Managment at Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Sharjah government, received Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, and accompanied him on an inspection tour of the market facilities, where the minister examined the mechanisms of applying all precautionary measures to reduce the spread of the pandemic.
Al Zarouni added, in an exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, that Dr. Al Nuaimi’s visit comes in line with ensuring the market’s readiness to provide various types of goods to consumers, explaining that the minister visited the meat, the fish and the vegetables sections.
Al Zarouni thanked Dr. Al Nuaimi for his visit to Souq Al Jubail and for his keenness to ensure services are healthily and duly provided to consumers.
