Sharjah 24: Coinciding with the Emirati Children's Day, Child Safety Department (CSD), affiliated to the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, launched a motivational video that tracks a day in the life of the child "Hamad" and presents the viewer with his ideas, aspirations, interests and love for his family and friends.

This comes to share with the audience the importance of play for children, and its impact on their upbringing and aspirations for life.

The video shows the most important landmarks and the most prominent child-friendly places in the Emirate of Sharjah, such as, Kshisha Park, House of Wisdom, and others, where "Hamad" meets his friends and enjoys his time with them. 

The video also sheds light on various events and activities such as painting, sports, cycling and other hobbies, and reveals the role of parents in sharing their children's play and helping them to recognise their interests and develop their skills.

The video translates the celebrations of Emirati Children's Day this year under the slogan "The Right to Play". As it is one of the most important basic needs no less than nutrition, education and protection in line with the UAE government's commitment to preserving and promoting children's rights.
