Sharjah24: Khalfan Saeed Al Marri, Chairman of Khalidiya Suburb Council contacted with Sharjah Social Services Department regarding strengthening joint efforts to encourage the elderly and their families to receive Covid 19 vaccine at their homes.
Khalfan Al Marri discussed with Afaf Ibrahim Al Marri, Head of the Social Services Department in Sharjah ways of supporting the department's initiative to provide home vaccination against Covid- 19 targeted elderly, handicapped, mentally patients and their families in Emirate of Sharjah.
Khalfan Saeed Al Marri affirmed the importance of supporting the department's initiative by encouraging the elderly and their families to communicate with SSSD via the free number 800700 regarding the request to receive the vaccine at their home.
For her part , Afaf Ibrahim Al Marri welcomed this significant initiative, highlighting the importance of the cooperation to deliver the vaccine to the citizens’ homes in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
