Sharjah 24: Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) organised a virtual training programme on job performance monitoring.
This came, via (Webex) program, and lasted for three consecutive days, with the aim of enhancing job competence awareness, improving the performance of Sharjah government employees and developing their efficiency by raising their level of productivity and encouraging them to learn continuously.
The programme witnessed the attendance of employees of the support services departments in the various government entities, bodies and institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah, the Central and Eastern Region, in order to familiarise them with the laws and procedures of human resources.
It is worth noting that the programme is organised periodically throughout the year, to provide participants with practical skills and experiences in performance evaluation.
The programme included a detailed explanation of the human resources law, human resources follow-up procedures, and an overview of the performance appraisal system, salary and training procedures in SDHR.
