Sharjah24: Stemming from its constant endeavor to provide qualified education services to people with learning difficulties and their families, Sharjah Center for Learning Difficulties (SCLD) has organised “Reading Stories for learning difficulties people” workshop, via ZOOM electronic platform.
The workshop was focused on several struggle parts that people with learning difficulties suffer from such as hyperactivity, misdiagnosis, movement control disorder, dyslexia, writing and numeracy supervised by the center's specialist who had an influential role in acquainting attendees with scientific terminology and employing them into the stories.
Commenting on that, Dr. Hanadi Al Swaidi, Head of Sharjah Center for Learning Difficulties, affirmed that the center is keen on raising the awareness of people with learning difficulties and the proper way to deal with that segment through useful stories.
