Sharjah24: The Sharjah Police General Command received the recommendation to grant it three international certificates from Lloyd's Register International. The certificates, according to its most recent versions, include: the customer service charter according to the requirements of ISO10001: 2018, the system for receiving and handling customer complaints according to ISO 10002: 2018, and the system Monitoring and measuring customer happiness according to the requirements of ISO 10004: 2018.
Colonel Tariq Al Midfa, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at Sharjah Police, said: The Sharjah Police General Command obtained these certificates after all its organisational units passed external audits from the donor, which lasted for six days, using the method of visits and meetings "remotely" through technologies. The modernization process is to keep pace with the precautionary measures for the Covid-19 pandemic, and to achieve the concept of institutional flexibility that Sharjah Police is pursuing to maintain its commitment to achieving its approved plans. Thus, the total number of international standards certificates obtained by the leadership becomes "9" certificates.

Colonel Al Midfa pointed out that the leadership has given customer happiness the utmost importance and priority, as it is the supreme goal of government work, according to the directives of the wise leadership, and in this context it has adopted the best practices followed in this field, and for this purpose it has worked to train its human cadres to provide the best services. As a result of those efforts, the leadership obtained these certificates.
