Sharjah 24: Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC) visited the city of Kalba, in which it held a meeting with Kalba Municipal Council. It was also a guest of the Kalba Literary Council, toured the city of Kalba and was briefed on its most prominent projects.
This came during the visit of His Excellency Ali Mehad Al Suwaidi, Chairman of SCC, along with the presence of top officials from both sides.
During its meeting with Kalba Municipal Council, SCC reviewed their work and their various efforts with citizens. They also discussed various services provided to the community and the most prominent projects implemented under the directive of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah in the city of Kalba, and its future plans, including its vital projects.
At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Dr. Suleiman Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Kalba Municipal Council, presented a memorial shield to SCC, in appreciation of the positive role of SCC and for their visit.
Then SCC toured in the city of Kalba and were guests of the Kalba Literary Council. During which His Excellency Mohammed Saleh Al Suwaji, Director of the Department of Culture in the Eastern Region received them.
After that, SCC held its regular meeting to discuss SCC’s agenda during the year 2021, in which His Excellency the Chairman of SCC, emphasised the efforts of SCC and its continuous work for the future.
