Sharjah 24: His Excellency Salah Salem Al Mahmoud, Director General of the Sharjah Documentation and Archives Authority (SDAA), stated that SDAA seeks to develop and unify the system of private documents at the level of government entities and institutions in the Emirate of Sharjah, in order to preserve their achievements and the stages of development of their work.
SDAA has adopted the private document management system for the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB). This came during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Al Majaz Amphitheatre in the presence of the Director General of SDAA, and His Excellency Tariq Saeed Allay, Director of SGMB.
In a statement to “Sharjah 24”, His Excellency stressed that SGMB documents are of great importance with regard to the media activities in general and the activities of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, in particular.
His Excellency added that the system helps to find information with ease in the future, expressing thanks and appreciation to SGMB and wishing them success.
