Sharjah Police launches “young policeman” program

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Police General Command organised a training program for children of the Child Welfare House of the Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD), within the “young policeman” program to include military training and security and cultural lectures during winter break for students.
Commenting on this, Lieutenant Colonel Hamid Abdullah Al Musharkh, Director of the Training Department at the Sharjah Police Academy, General Supervisor of the program, stressed that the initiative comes within the framework of the Police Science Academy’s keenness to promote community participation.

For her part, Fatima Al Marzouqi, Director of the Child Welfare House in Sharjah has appreciated the great role and continuous efforts of the Sharjah Police, contributing in serving the children of the Child Welfare House. She has also highlighted the provided support to the children from the Sharjah Police in various areas. 

Al Marzouqi added that the young policeman program includes 17 activities of military training, security and cultural lectures, as well as several other topics targeting children and their needs.
