Sharjah 24: The Comprehensive Police Stations Department at the Sharjah Police (SP) General Command received a delegation from the Ajman Police General Command, headed by Colonel Ali Jaber Al Shamsi, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department. He was accompanied by a number of heads of comprehensive police stations in Ajman, and they were received by Colonel Yusef Obaid bin Harmoul, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department of Sharjah Police.
The visiting delegation was briefed on the most important specialisations and practices carried out by the Wasit Comprehensive Police Station (which has a five-star rating), as the first comprehensive police station at the level of the Ministry of Interior.
Lt. Col. Abdullah Rashid Allai, Head of Wasit Comprehensive Police Station, provided a detailed explanation of the station, its areas of jurisdiction and the geographical area it covers, the services provided to the clients of the station, including the most important service delivery methods, best practices within the Global Stars Programme, part of the Emirates Goverment Service Excellence Programme. Along with the operational plan of the station and the most important Initiatives and their activities. In addition to the most important performance indicators that serve the work system at the station, and then the delegation reviewed the mechanism of work of the client hall, and how to receive customers and direct them to the correct direction of the branch concerned with the service to be obtained.
At the end of the visit, Colonel Bin Harmoul praised the delegation of the Ajman Police General Command and their confidence in choosing the Sharjah Police General Command as a pioneering entity to view its practices. The Colonel expressed the willingness of the comprehensive police stations management to fully cooperate in mutual collaboration in all security and service fields in order to improve the police work, and to provide an exceptional service that meets the aspirations of the clients.
