SEC issues Decision to form Awqaf Shari'ah Supervisory Committee

The new Decision stipulates that the Shari'ah Supervisory Committee of Awqaf in the Emirate of Sharjah shall be formed under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Qutb Muhammad Al-Raisuni, with the membership of Judge Salem Matar Al Hosani, as Vice-Chairman, and Judge Dr. Ibrahim Rashid Al-Shdaifat; Judge Obaid Muhammad Ibrahim; Prof. Dr. Awwad Hussein Khalaf; Ibrahim Abu Ismail Amoor as members. The Decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance and other competent authorities should implement its provisions each in its respective field, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
