The reception brought together rider Abdullah Humaid Al Muhairi, rider Saeed Al Mazrouei, and Sheikh Ali Jamal bin Nasser Al Naimi.
SERC's riders delivered a strong showing with the UAE national team. Al Muhairi claimed gold in the individual show jumping event at a height of 145 cm and was also part of the UAE squad that won silver in the team show jumping competition. Al Mazrouei and Sheikh Ali Jamal bin Nasser Al Naimi competed alongside him in the team event, contributing to the UAE's silver medal.
Sheikh Ali Jamal bin Nasser Al Naimi was also given the honour of carrying the UAE flag at the opening ceremony of the 4th Gulf Games, underlining the strong presence of the country's riders at the regional event.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Qasimi praised the riders for their outstanding performances throughout the games, commending their efforts and the competitive spirit they showed. He said their achievements with the national team reflect the advanced level UAE equestrian sport has reached and the ability of the country's riders to compete and excel on different stages.
Also present at the reception was Sultan Al Yahyaei, Director General of SERC, who congratulated the riders on their achievements and their honourable participation with the UAE team, praising their performances and wishing them continued success and further achievements that raise the UAE flag high at regional and international events.
