Authorities said the violence involved an exchange of gunfire between individuals, with two firearms recovered at the scene. More than 13,000 people were attending the festival when the shooting occurred. Panic among festivalgoers

Witnesses said many initially mistook the gunfire for fireworks before panic spread through the crowd as police stopped the music and people rushed to safety.
