In his nightly video address, Zelenskiy explained that Ukraine requires a new level of cooperation with its partners to accelerate the fulfilment of defence commitments made by world leaders. In particular, he highlighted cooperation with the United States regarding the licensing for manufacturing Patriot air defence systems as a key area requiring faster progress.

Zelenskiy stressed that agreements reached between international leaders must be translated into concrete, on-the-ground action without any delays.
