According to the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform, air defense units shot down 264 of 293 drones launched by Russia. Officials said 11 locations were directly targeted, while debris from intercepted drones was found at 12 sites nationwide.
The report comes as fighting between Moscow and Kyiv has resumed following the end of a short-lived ceasefire reached last month.
