Al Suwaidi explained that the “Spirit of the Emirates” gemstone, designed by Fatima Al Muhairi, originates from the UAE and is crafted from natural jasper. She noted that the designer drew inspiration from the spirit of the Emirates and the diversity of its natural landscapes, blending authentic Emirati heritage with the beauty of the local environment.

Al Suwaidi added in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the platform includes 20 Emirati designers. She highlighted that Emirates Jewelers supports local designers and young entrepreneurs by enabling them to enter the jewelry design and manufacturing sector, develop their technical and marketing skills, and build competitive brands capable of succeeding globally.

She further emphasised that the initiative contributes to strengthening the national economy and enhancing the position of Sharjah and the UAE in the jewelry industry by showcasing innovative designs in gold, diamonds, and precious stones.
