Sharjah24: San Antonio Spurs kept their NBA Finals hopes alive by defeating defending champions Oklahoma City Thunder 118-91 to tie the Western Conference Finals series at 3-3 and force a winner-takes-all Game 7.

Victor Wembanyama led the way with 28 points as the Spurs delivered a dominant performance on home court to send the series back to Oklahoma City for the decisive contest.

Playing in front of a passionate home crowd at Frost Bank Center, San Antonio adopted an aggressive approach throughout the game to keep its hopes of reaching the NBA Finals alive.

Meanwhile, the New York Knicks secured their place in the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999 after sweeping the Cleveland Cavaliers 4-0 in the Eastern Conference Finals.
