Club praises legacy and achievements of Abdul Hamid Ibrahim

Sharjah Sports Club Chairman Mohammed Jumaa bin Hindi expressed gratitude for the coach’s long and successful tenure, highlighting his key role in restoring the team’s presence in local, Gulf and Arab competitions. He described Abdul Hamid as a major figure in the club’s basketball history.

Board member Mohammed Saleh Al Ali also praised the coach’s contributions across four separate stints since 2002, during which he led the team to 12 achievements, including the 2011 Arab Clubs Championship, two Gulf Clubs titles in 2018 and 2019, and three league championships, among other successes.
