UAE Media Council joins anti-misinformation session

In a statement to Sharjah24, the Director of Media Licensing at the UAE Media Council stated that during the session, the pivotal roles of families, communities, and institutions in confronting the phenomenon of misinformation were discussed.

He also emphasised that the Council's participation in such events stems from its responsibility as the entity concerned with media affairs in the country, with the aim of enhancing community awareness and highlighting ways to confront modern digital challenges.
