Sharjah Asset Management hosts Pink Caravan awareness event

The event is scheduled for October 31, 2025, at Souq Al Jubail in Sharjah, starting at 9:00 AM. It aims to raise public awareness about the importance of early breast cancer detection and to encourage the community to adopt healthy lifestyle habits that prevent disease. Attendees will have access to free medical check-ups provided by the Pink Caravan’s mobile clinic, conducted by a specialised medical team.

Supporting national health and community initiatives

This campaign is part of a wider series of health and community activities organised by Sharjah Asset Management throughout the year, in line with its corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy. The initiative demonstrates SAM’s commitment to supporting national health programmes, raising public awareness, and promoting the well-being of residents across the Emirate of Sharjah.

Empowering women through early detection and prevention

Salim Al Midfa, Chief Officer of the Corporate Communications Department and Customer Experience Sector, stated, “At Sharjah Asset Management, we are committed to regularly organising community and awareness initiatives for all members of society. Encouraging community participation and education

Sharjah Asset Management invites all community members, particularly women aged 20 and above, to visit the Pink Caravan mobile clinic and benefit from the free breast cancer screening services offered.

The event will also include educational sessions hosted by medical specialists, who will demonstrate correct self-examination techniques and deliver vital information about breast health. The initiative aims to empower participants with the knowledge to proactively monitor their well-being and incorporate preventive healthcare practices into their daily routines.
