Sharjah 24: Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) has just wrapped up an important review of its customer service quality practices. This review looked at how well they follow guidelines for the Customer Service Charter (ISO 10001:2018), Complaints Handling System (ISO 10002:2018), and Customer Satisfaction Monitoring and Measurement System (ISO 10004:2018).

Following this review, the team responsible for the evaluation has recommended that SEDD continue its ISO certification. This means they've successfully met all the required standards during their audit, showing that they are dedicated to providing high-quality services throughout their different departments. The positive results of the audit highlight SEDD's commitment to maintaining international quality standards and a constant drive to improve the services it offers to its customers.

Ahmed Ali Al Ali, the Deputy Director of the Strategic Planning and Performance Department, pointed out that the successful renewal of these certifications shows how SEDD is committed to applying global best practices in quality management. He emphasized their ability to deliver excellent services that meet and exceed customer expectations, aiming to enhance customer happiness. Dr Ahmed noted that these achievements result from the hard work and dedication of the department's employees, who strive to reach the highest standards in customer service. He added that these successes encourage SEDD to keep pushing for even better service and strive for excellence to fulfill its vision of enhancing services for both customers and strategic partners.
