Sharjah launches preparations for Digital Pavilion at GITEX 2025

Sharjah 24: Eng. Lamia Obaid Al-Hosani Al-Shamsi, Director of the Sharjah Digital Department, announced that the authority held a preparatory forum for Sharjah Government’s pavilion participating in GITEX Global 2025. The meeting aimed to unify visions and ensure an exceptional participation that reflects the emirate’s commitment to building a comprehensive digital society, placing human well-being at the forefront of its priorities.

Eng. Al-Shamsi told "Sharjah 24" that the pavilion is a key place for teamwork, with 20 government groups involved showing 14 innovative projects that use the latest technologies and data to benefit the community.

She added that the primary goal of this participation is to enhance Sharjah’s unified institutional image locally and globally as a leading hub for innovation and digital excellence, achieved through strong collaboration among various government entities.

In conclusion, Eng. Lamia invited the public and interested parties to visit the pavilion and explore the most prominent innovative digital projects presented by the Sharjah Government.
