Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, emphasised that healthcare is a key pillar of the nation’s development. He stressed the importance of improving community health and ensuring the well-being of citizens and residents.

Vision for integrated healthcare system

During a meeting with Rashed Saif Al Qubaisi, COO of Pure Health Group, the Crown Prince was briefed on Sheikh Khalifa Medical City’s recent achievements, including its efforts to enhance healthcare services in various medical specialties.

Achievements of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City

The meeting covered the hospital's success in handling over 100,000 outpatient visits and 115,000 emergency visits last year. The facility operates with a team of 243 consultants and 550 medical professionals, offering comprehensive care with 247 beds, 34 outpatient clinics, and 11 operating rooms. The report highlighted rising patient satisfaction and improvements like the opening of new clinics for cardiology, nephrology, and metabolism.

Focus on attracting talent and sustaining development

Sheikh Ammar emphasized the importance of attracting top medical talent and creating an environment conducive to ongoing healthcare excellence, aligning with Ajman’s vision to become a leading destination for advanced healthcare services.
