Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, stated that the decision directly reflects the leadership's vision of easing financial burdens on citizens, strengthening family stability, and improving community wellbeing. He added that the fee exemption aligns closely with the Ajman Government's broader efforts to enhance public services, simplify administrative procedures, and enable citizens to complete their property title documentation without facing additional costs.
The Chairman also reaffirmed the Department's commitment to improving the quality of life for citizens through integrated, proactive services. He noted that the newly designed "Mortgage Release After Settlement" package streamlines procedures, reduces unnecessary bureaucracy, and supports Ajman's long-term vision of sustainable development.

Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, explained that the fee exemption serves as an appreciation for citizens who have successfully fulfilled their housing finance obligations, while actively encouraging them to complete their official property registration procedures.
