Sharjah 24: Engineer Obaid Jamal Al Shamsi, the Human Resources and Volunteer Coordinator at Al Hamriyah Cultural and Sports Club, recently announced the launch of the "Our Holiday is Different" forum, which is sponsored by the Sharjah Sports Council. The forum has attracted over 310 participants, divided into eight groups—four for children and four for adults—to ensure that everyone gets personal attention and care. Each group is led by three trained supervisors who focus on health and safety while supporting the participants.

In an interview with “Sharjah 24,” Engineer Al Shamsi shared that over five weeks, participants will take part in 130 fun and diverse activities. These include cultural workshops, sports competitions, informative programs, and educational talks, as well as classes in equestrian activities, swimming, football, and shooting.

This year, the club is also using technology to enhance the experience. They will measure participants' body mass index (BMI) and track their movements during sports classes. Additionally, they will monitor the performance of both teachers and students during workshops to maintain high-quality standards.

Al Shamsi highlighted that the club is fully prepared with medical equipment and first aid teams available at all times. They are also organizing educational trips in partnership with government agencies to promote a sense of belonging and appreciation for heritage among young people.

He emphasized that this edition of the "Our Holiday is Different" forum marks an important advancement in summer programs in Sharjah. It prioritizes the safety of children and enriches their experiences while incorporating the latest technology to help them build their skills and grow both physically and intellectually. This approach reflects the club's dedication to nurturing future generations who can achieve great things and positively shape their community.
