The jury will focus on strategy clarity, adaptability, integration, innovation, content quality, community impact, and resource efficiency. Successful submissions will demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and measurable success in fostering trust and collaboration.
Best innovation in government communication
This category honours groundbreaking initiatives by government, private, or international organisations that enhance communication capabilities and provide innovative solutions to local challenges. Submissions should reflect future-forward thinking and improved efficiency through creative technology use.
Evaluation criteria include originality, integration, measurable impact, innovation, scalability, and the capacity to solve societal issues. The jury will also assess how the initiative promotes collaboration between humans and technology in government communication.
Best crisis communication strategy
This award recognises organisations that have implemented effective, transparent, and timely communication strategies during crises. Entries should demonstrate the ability to mitigate psychological and social effects during health, environmental, economic, or societal crises.
Jury members will assess strategy relevance, goal clarity, creativity, media utilisation, measurable impact, and responsiveness. The long-term impact and sustainability of results will also be considered.
Best investment in soft power to support communication programmes
This category recognises efforts by government or private institutions to influence public opinion and drive change using soft power—through arts, culture, sports, education, technology, or entertainment. These projects should promote public good, development, and strong reputations.
The jury will focus on creativity, social impact, sustainability, public engagement, cultural promotion, and integration with broader strategies.
