Sharjah24: Dr Khalifa Musabeh bin Ahmed Al Tuneiji, Chairman of Holy Quran Academy in Sharjah (HQA), announced that the HQA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Sharjah (UOS) to enhance collaboration in research and scientific fields, contributing to the development of joint projects and serving the Quran through modern technologies.
Dr Al Tuneiji expressed his pride and happiness in this partnership, emphasising that the agreement will be a "harbinger of good" for both parties, opening new avenues to benefit from the university's capabilities in linguistics, programming, and artificial intelligence.
He noted that this partnership will provide opportunities for research students and graduate studies to participate in innovative development projects, enhancing the integration between academia and practical application in service of the Quran and its sciences.
He affirmed that this agreement will contribute to launching joint research initiatives and enhancing the use of technology in the preservation and study of the Quran, along with training specialised personnel in both religious and technical fields.
