"Make it in the Emirates" expands investment at SRTIP

Sharjah 24: Juma Abdulla Alhaj, Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), announced that the SRTIP hosted a stop of the "Make it in the Emirates" initiative, on Tuesday.

Organised by ADNEC Group in collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, the event was held at SRTIP's headquarters in Sharjah with the goal of supporting a knowledge- and innovation-driven industrial economy and expanding investment opportunities for entrepreneurs and industrial investors across the UAE.

A Platform to Drive a Knowledge-Based Industrial Economy

Alhaj emphasised that the "Make it in the Emirates" initiative, organised by ADNEC Group in cooperation with the Ministry, represents a vital platform for propelling the UAE’s journey towards a knowledge- and innovation-based advanced industrial economy.

Strengthening Public-Private Partnerships

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Alhaj highlighted that the event underscores the importance of close collaboration between the public and private sectors. This cooperation plays a crucial role in empowering investors, entrepreneurs, and industrial companies to explore new avenues for growth and expansion, aligning with the UAE’s vision of building a competitive, sustainable, and knowledge-driven economy.

Unveiling Promising Investment and Industrial Opportunities

The Director of Strategic Communications and Marketing noted that the "Make it in the Emirates" initiative aims to spotlight promising industrial and investment opportunities. It also creates an interactive platform that brings investors and entrepreneurs together with key decision-makers from the industrial sector, enhancing the development of the national industrial ecosystem and boosting its contribution to the UAE’s GDP.

Sharjah Innovation Park: A Hub for Future Industries

Juma Alhaj concluded by reaffirming that the SRTIP continues to work diligently to establish itself as a leading hub for attracting innovative industries and future-focused companies. Through pioneering initiatives, the SRTIP contributes actively to achieving the goals of the UAE’s National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology.
