Sharjah 24: As part of its ongoing efforts to develop its sports system and enhance the performance of its youth system, Al Dhaid Sports Club organised an expanded coordination meeting bringing together the administrative and technical staff of the youth system.
The meeting was chaired by Technical Supervisor Captain Mohammed Al Alili, and attended by a select number of team coaches and administrators. This step reflects the club's ambitious vision for the new 2025-2026 sports season.

Developing team’s performance

The meeting, held on Friday, as part of the implementation of the plans of Al Dhaid Club Board of Directors, featured a detailed presentation on the adopted strategy for developing the teams' performance.

The presentation was delivered by Administrative Supervisor Captain Ali Al Alili, who reviewed the development plans and visions aimed at enhancing the technical and physical excellence of the players and achieving the best results in local competitions.

Discovering talents

The presentation addressed several key topics that constitute the roadmap for the next phase, most notably: physical and technical preparation programmes, performance evaluation mechanisms, developing a scouting system for talent discovery, enhancing integration between technical, medical, and administrative departments, and adopting modern training programs that take into account age differences among players and support the building of a strong foundation to support the first team in the future.

The meeting also discussed ways to enhance behavioural discipline and academic commitment among players, and to strengthen the partnership between the club and parents, creating a stimulating sporting environment that aligns with the aspirations of the sports leadership in the Emirate of Sharjah and the UAE in general.

Achieving excellence and sustainability in the youth sector

For his part, Captain Mohammed Al Alili emphasised that the meeting is part of a series of periodic meetings aimed at ongoing coordination and ensuring the teams' readiness for the new season. Al Alili praised the efforts of the technical and administrative staff and their commitment to implementing the developmental directives approved by the Board of Directors, which aim to achieve excellence and sustainability in the youth sector, as it is the cornerstone of the future.

Al Alili explained that the meeting affirms Al Dhaid Club's commitment to instilling the concepts of early professionalism and building an integrated technical system that keeps pace with the developments of the game, and takes it upon itself to prepare generations of talented players capable of efficiently representing the club and national teams. He noted that Al Dhaid Club fans are eagerly awaiting the outcomes of this ambitious, integrated effort, hoping that the plans and strategies put in place will result in a successful sporting season that reflects the spirit of teamwork and professionalism that characterises Al Dhaid Club in the sports arena.
