Government leadership meeting in Ajman

This came during His Highness’s chairing of the pioneering government leadership meeting at the Government Departments Complex at the Ruler's Court in Ajman.
The meeting was attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, and Sheikh Saqr bin Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.

Call for real improvement and accountability

In his address to the executive leadership, Sheikh Ammar reiterated the need to strive for meaningful excellence that impacts lives. He stressed the importance of performance review, identifying improvement areas, and aligning services with citizens' expectations.

Enhancing service standards and customer experience

Sheikh Ammar called for achieving high service standards across all channels and increasing customer satisfaction. He directed the analysis of performance reports and the development of improvement plans with consistent follow-ups.

Expanding star rating and service accessibility

His Highness instructed the expansion of the Global Star Rating System for Services to include all service centres and channels. He also called for improving services at outsourcing centres and creating bundled government services for easier public access.

Promoting innovation and efficient project management

Sheikh Ammar underscored the need for fostering innovation within government institutions and encouraging staff to contribute ideas. He emphasized adopting project management frameworks and measuring their impact on performance.

Inclusive employment and sustainable operations

He also highlighted the importance of integrating and empowering people of determination in the workplace. His Highness stressed smart resource use and sustainable operations for maintaining high-quality service delivery.
