The championship follows a group-stage format, with top teams advancing to the knockout phase, starting from the Round of 16 through to the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final match, which will crown the champions. A match to determine third place will also be held. The top three teams will be awarded cash prizes of AED 6,000 for first place, AED 4,000 for second, and AED 2,000 for third.
On Saturday, 15 March, the women's padel competition concluded with impressive performances from 16 participating teams. Sheikha Al Zari Al Shamsi from Sharjah Asset Management and Mouza Al Manai from the Sharjah Business Women Council secured first place. The second-place team included Mira bin Saho Al Suwaidi from Sharjah Asset Management and Aisha Al Zari Al Shamsi from the Government Relations Department. Third place was claimed by Alia Abdul Wahab from Sharjah Asset Management and Hamda Osama Al Dookhi from the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority.
A special awards ceremony honoured the winners, with attendees applauding the players' high skill level and sportsmanship. The event highlighted the strong enthusiasm for padel among Sharjah’s government employees.
