SEWA lights up roads between Al Luluyah and Zubarah

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA)has completed a road lighting project along both sides of the valley between Al Luluyah and Zubarah in Khorfakkan. The project included the installation of 130 energy-efficient streetlights, 11,400 meters of cable extensions, and four lighting control panels. This initiative aligns with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, as part of the Authority’s plan to illuminate all new development areas.

Implementation and Standards

Eng. Saud Abdulaziz, Director of Khorfakkan Department, stated that the lighting project was implemented according to the highest technical standards. He emphasised that lighting operations across various areas are monitored and operated on a set schedule under a structured system.
