The event will take place across 50 locations in coordination with 10 sports and specialised clubs, as well as several fitness centers. It aims to engage at least 15,000 participants, offering monetary prizes to winners who meet the set criteria. Participants will be evaluated based on physical progress, fitness levels, sportsmanship, adherence to trainers' instructions, and teamwork.
The designated locations include Al Heera Beach, Al Majaz Amphitheater, Al Qasba Canal, and various public parks. Participating sports clubs such as Mleiha Club, Al Dhaid Club, Al Bataeh Club, Khorfakkan Club, and others will host activities at club premises, beaches, and recreational areas.
Dr. Yasser Omar Al Doukhi, Director of Sports and Community Events at the Sharjah Sports Council, emphasised that preparations began early to ensure the event’s success. He noted that this annual initiative remains a key part of the council’s agenda, given its significant health benefits and strong community engagement.
Dr. Al Doukhi thanked the participating clubs for their cooperation and highlighted that prizes will serve as motivation for participants. He encouraged all community members to join the event at their nearest location, wishing them a healthy and active Ramadan.
