SCCI, DCCI meeting strengthens bilateral trade

Sharhag24: On the sidelines of the business meeting between SCCI and DCCI, Taskeen Ahmed, Vice Chairman of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), expressed his pleasure in attending the event alongside 25 other delegates. He praised the discussions covering various economic sectors, emphasising the significance of bilateral trade relations and economic cooperation.

Strengthening Trade Relations

The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), in collaboration with the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI), organised this business meeting to explore investment opportunities and enhance economic collaboration between Sharjah and Bangladesh.

Expanding Economic Partnerships

Taskeen Ahmed highlighted that the UAE hosts nearly 1.5 million Bangladeshi citizens engaged in various industries and businesses. He noted that the meeting marks a key milestone, as both parties signed an MOU to enhance bilateral cooperation.

Future Trade Prospects

Ahmed expressed optimism that in the coming years, both nations will continue to invest and expand bilateral trade, further strengthening economic ties and fostering mutual growth.
