Abdullah Al Zaabi: HR Forum aims to develop work system

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Human Resources, confirmed that the Government Human Resources Forum 2025, organised today, Monday, by the department, seeks to bring together all employees of the Emirate of Sharjah across various fields to enhance the work system.

Forum focus and goals

The forum's objective is to present initiatives and proposals aimed at improving the work system. It also offers a platform to review successful experiences, such as Sharjah’s food security efforts, and to explore initiatives introduced by employees in various entities, which have been implemented by the Sharjah Human Resources Department.

Honouring strategic partners

During the forum, strategic partners who support human development through training and employment of qualified national university graduates were also honoured, highlighting their contributions to advancing the emirate's workforce.
