Sharjah24: His Excellency Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB) , stated that the activities of the Xposure International Photography Festival were launched under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. This festival is considered one of the most prominent artistic and cultural events in the region.

In his statements to Sharjah 24, the Director General of SGMB emphasised that the festival reflects the growing interest of photography enthusiasts from around the world, combining artistic creativity and technical innovation in a rich interactive environment.

Allay added that the festival is an ideal opportunity for all segments of society, especially youth and students, to learn about the latest photography techniques, attend individual and group exhibitions, and participate in discussion and interactive sessions presented by a select group of global photographers. He also noted that this edition of the festival attracts over 400 photographers, who are present for the first time in Aljada area, which has become one of the most vibrant areas for cultural and artistic events.
