Azhybaev added that there has been a notable increase in trade between Kyrgyzstan and the United Arab Emirates. In 2024, he said, the overall volume of imports and exports was over 75.5 million US dollars, up more than 13% from 2023. He emphasised that automobile-related products make up 48% of UAE exports to Kyrgyzstan, with fabrics and other goods accounting for roughly 36% and replacement parts for the remaining 36%.
Azhybaev emphasised the significance of fortifying commercial connections and conveyed Kyrgyzstan's desire to deepen cooperation in oil products and logistics as well as increase imports from the United Arab Emirates. He was hopeful about reaching new economic milestones and strengthening the two nations' trading partnership.
