Saeed Al Suwaidi: 110 entities take part in ACRES 2025

Sharjah 24: Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Working Group at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, announced the opening of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition, ACRES -2025, at Expo Centre Sharjah. The event showcases the involvement of more than 110 companies, institutions, and government departments from different emirates.

Vital gateway

In an interview with "Sharjah 24," Al Suwaidi emphasised that ACRES acts as a vital gateway for individuals looking for property and investment opportunities in the real estate sector. This year's edition has drawn in new companies and unveiled innovative projects. He observed the significant expansion in Sharjah’s real estate sector, as evidenced by the rise in transactions documented by the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department.

50% discount

He commended the Sharjah government’s initiative to provide a 50% discount on registration fees during the exhibition, which continues until 25 January, and conveyed a hopeful outlook for its success and beneficial results.
