Sharjah 24: As the 26th edition of the Arabian Gulf Cup "Khaleeji" nears its conclusion, four players are vying for the prestigious top scorer title. The tournament will conclude tomorrow in Kuwait with a final match between the Bahraini and Omani national teams.

Players in the running for top scorer

The competition for the top scorer title includes Issam Al-Subhi of Oman and Abdullah Al-Hamdan of Saudi Arabia, who both lead with 3 goals each. They are closely followed by the Bahraini duo Ali Madan and Mohammed Marhoon, who are competing with 2 goals each.

Goalkeeper awards race

Bahraini goalkeeper Ibrahim Lutfallah is also in contention for the best goalkeeper award, having kept clean sheets in two key matches—against Iraq (2-0) in the group stage and Kuwait (1-0) in the semi-finals. Omani goalkeeper Fayez Al-Rashidi is another contender, thanks to his outstanding performance in the semi-final against Saudi Arabia.
