The workshop was led by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, Chairman of the Club's Board of Directors, and attended by notable club figures, including Ali Mohammed Yarouf Al-Naqbi, General Secretary; Abdullah Saeed Al Dhahouri, Head of the Individual Sports Committee; as well as coaches, supervisors, and administrative staff.
Dr. Al Mutawa opened the session with an overview of the objectives behind the newly launched Excellence Awards, detailing the criteria, conditions, and nomination process for each award.
The workshop engaged all club affiliates, spanning various individual and team sports, including football players. This year, the club introduced four key awards:
Club Champions Award
Outstanding Youth Award
Parent of the Year Award
Employee Excellence Award
The workshop witnessed active participation, with attendees sharing feedback and suggestions to further refine the awards programme in the future. It was also announced that the club’s management, in collaboration with the Dibba Al-Hisn Football Club, plans to hold additional workshops aimed at players, staff, and parents to enhance awareness of the awards and drive improved performance within the club.
This initiative seeks to foster a culture of excellence and achievement across all club members, creating a supportive environment that encourages growth, innovation, and success.
