Sharjah24: Lille of France defeated their Italian hosts, Bologna, with a score of 2-1 in the fifth round of the UEFA Champions League.
Lille took the lead in the first half with a goal from Congolese player Ngalaile Mukao in the 44th minute.
Colombian player John Lucumi equalized for Bologna in the 63rd minute, giving the Italian team their first goal of the group stage this season.
With this victory, Lille achieved their third win in the Champions League, raising their points total to 10, placing them in twelfth position.
On the other hand, Bologna suffered their fourth loss, leaving them with just one point in thirty-third place.
