Sharjah 24: In a move to improve customer experience, Rubu' Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, in collaboration with the Sharjah Contact Centre, has launched the "Unified Call Centre" project.
The initiative aims to consolidate communication across all Rubu' Qarn institutions, including Sharjah Children, Sajaya Young Ladies of Sharjah, Sharjah Youth, and Sharjah for Capability Development, under one unified contact number.

The call centre offers a streamlined communication channel, providing immediate access to information about programmes, events, and services, available 24/7 for the public, parents, and employees.
 
The project is designed to simplify information access, boost customer satisfaction, and improve the quality of services across Rubu' Qarn institutions, reflecting the Foundation's commitment to delivering seamless, efficient communication for all community members.
