Sharjah24: The Sharjah Private Education Authority organized a brainstorming session attended by Dr. Muhadditha Al Hashemi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Private Education Academy, and Ali Al Hosani, Director of the Authority, along with a select group of experts and specialists in the education sector, students from private schools in Sharjah, members of the School Directors Council, members of the Nursery Directors Council, and experts from the Sharjah Education Academy. The session aimed to envision the future of private education in the emirate and prepare for the launch of the Authority's strategy for the years 2025-2028.
Titled "Towards Sustainable Impact," the session aimed to identify future themes aimed at supporting and developing education in Sharjah, addressing influencing factors and methods of measurement to enhance the sustainability of this sector.

The session included various activities such as presentations and team-building exercises, along with discussions on key themes including education sustainability, inclusive education, quality of life, and future schools. The Authority also dedicated part of the sessions to discussing quality initiatives such as student skills and how to measure them, as well as the education index in educational institutions in Sharjah, which will focus on measuring the quality of private education from multiple angles.

Ali Al Hosani, Director of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, stated: "These sessions are part of the Authority's efforts to achieve a future vision for education that aligns with Sharjah's aspirations for an integrated and sustainable educational environment. He affirmed that the Authority's strategy works on several topics, including empowering teachers and enhancing students' capabilities through innovative initiatives and advanced educational programs that contribute to building generations equipped with resilience and knowledge to meet future challenges, aiming for Sharjah schools to be a model of distinguished education that enhances student well-being and supports the development of the educational community."

The session concluded with the launch of a set of strategies aimed at enhancing the sustainability of the private education sector in Sharjah, in line with the best global standards and practices. These sessions are part of the objectives of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, which continually seeks to develop and enhance the quality of education and create an innovative and flexible educational environment that prepares generations capable of facing challenges and achieving excellence.
