SP chief receives Saud bin Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi

The two sides discussed ways to enhance bilateral fruitful cooperation in the field of technical leadership; to achieve the emirate's future vision and sustainable development.

The meeting was attended by Engineer Lamia Al Shamsi,  Director of the Sharjah Digital Department; Brigadier Ahmed Haji Al Sarkal, Director General of Police Operations; Brigadier Dr Ahmed Saeed Al Naour - Director General of Central Operations; Brigadier Abdullah Ibrahim bin Nassar, Director General of Resources and Support Services; Brigadier Ibrahim Musabah Al Ajil, Deputy Director General of Police Operations at Sharjah Police; Engineer Majid Mohammed Al Mazloum, Advisor to the Director General's Office at the Sharjah Digital Department; Engineer Abdul Nasser Obaid Bu Khater, Director of the Sharjah Cyber Security Centre; and directors of the relevant departments, and the working team participating in GITEX 2024 from Sharjah Police and the Sharjah Digital Department.

Major General Bin Amer welcomed the visiting delegation, expressing his appreciation for the Sharjah Digital Department and its tireless efforts in achieving the emirate's digital vision, and its support for innovative and pioneering projects, and innovative digital solutions that embody the technical leadership in the Emirate of Sharjah, and contribute to improving the quality of life for the UAE community.

During the meeting, His Excellency Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, accompanied by Sheikh Saud bin Sultan Al Qasimi, honoured the Sharjah Digital Department team participating in GITEX 2024, expressing his thanks and appreciation for their distinguished cooperation with the Sharjah Police General Command, which contributed to its winning first place as the best participating project within the Sharjah Government Pavilion at GITEX 2024.

His Excellency praised the exceptional achievements made by the work teams in Sharjah Police, stressing the leadership's commitment to establishing a strategic partnership with local government agencies to enhance the digital work system, and achieve integration in services to build a safer and more innovative society.
